Trip Money and Application Form

All trip money and application forms must be received 30 days prior to the trip. Tickets will not be booked until both have been received. If these items are not received 30 days prior, ticket prices will be higher adding additional expense to the trip cost.

Normal Costs

• For a two-week trip for groups of 1-10, the cost per person is $3,100.
• For groups of 11-20, the cost per person is $3,000.
• The cost includes your airfare, food, accommodations, domestic transportation, field visits, and administration fees.
• It does not include VISA and Passport fees, insurance, spending money or transportation in US.
• For trips longer than two weeks, the cost is $50 for each additional day.
• If you have a plan on visiting multiple locations in India, you have to pay for the transportation.

Please note that hotels rates are very high in Indian cities these days.

Passport and Visa

• All trip participants must have a valid Passport and VISA
• It can take as much as two months if you need to apply for both, so make sure to plan accordingly.
• ALL travelers must have a valid Passport and VISA.
• Without a valid passport and VISA you won’t be allowed

  Note: VISA photos must be recent, depicting front pose against light background on photographic paper.
